Just a 450m stroll from our gardens to the central seafront area in Paihia this completely refurbished and fully equipped house is in a tranquil and very quiet bush setting and the gardens include a very large Rimu tree, an equally large Totara tree, mature Pungas, a large magnolia, many camellias and other native plants and shrubs.
Rimu Apartment is a large, 3 bedroomed apartment that occupies the complete first floor of the completely refurbished house – and is very fully furnished and equipped. The master bedroom suite has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, whilst bedrooms 2 (queen bed) and bedroom 3 (two king-singles) share bathroom 2.
From the apartment you can also step out on to a large deck (approx 8m x 4m) and which is equipped with garden furniture and a BBQ. Here you can relax and enjoy the views of the lovely gardens and can also find shade to sit in at any time of day, provided by the many mature trees surrounding this deck. The gardens also have some small benches to allow time to sit and contemplate, or enjoy the plants and flowers or just read quietly – if that may be your wish.
Unusually for Paihia, the house has a private drive, with parking for two cars, so there is no need to suffer the parking problems of Paihia in mid-season!
In its unique position this means that you need never be bothered by the major parking problems in Paihia town during your entire stay and you can also have a couple of glasses with your meal and not have to drive home. The house is also just a 150 metre stroll from the RSA Club - what more could you need?!!
